Faronics security products and my school

Even Best Buy uses Deep Freeze
When I went to Best Buy, I noticed that the Macs had an interesting little icon in the menu bar. It looked like it belonged to the program Deep Freeze, which wipes the hard drive of a computer with every boot to prevent tampering. I knew how to open it (Shift-Double click), and presto! The password dialog showed up. At least Best Buy isn’t using any other software from Faronics…
